Hi out there. I am in the process of converting my A-400 to RHD and am looking for some advice. I need to move the windshield wiper over to the other side. I see that they sale a new reproduced A-400 windshield frame. Does anyone know if these repo's are any good? Would I be better off just filling the hole on mine, drilling a new hole on the other side and re-chroming the whole thing? Its a good frame and hate to go drilling holes in it, but I think it would be alot cheaper.

Hi Arlen Why are you converting to RHD? Mr Bunce is selling a new Windshield and can drill it either left or right side. His address etc in the News letter. Joop

Hi Arlen I have a RHD car. I have found that there is indentations each side of the wiper motor hole in the moulding above the windscreen for the wiper motor. You will need to reproduce these on the right hand side to properly fit the wiper motor. Cheers Alan Hale Australia

Well I got the windsheild frame all knocked out witht eh new notches in it for the motor. Had a bit of a hard time with the custom RHD carpet but thats all done now too. I have been in contect with a guy in New Zeland that makes alot of the RHD parts including a special muffler clamp and air maze. I think we are just about done with the whole switch over. Was more work than we were expecting but pretty cool looking. Switching the seats over was a big deal. Still have a few questions though. On your RHD car, where was it built? Canada? Robertson Head screws?
