Hi everyone. Hope all is well. I had another meeting this saturday over the world meet and wanted to let everyone know about a few updates.  As of right now we are looking at about 650 to 700 cars that are going to be at the meet with over 1300 people coming from 44 states and 5 countries. As for our A-400 meet, we have 50 people signed up to come. We have a huge amount of both indoor and out door swap meet booths sold, and tons of people signed up for the fashion events. If anyone is planning on entering their car for judging, you will have some tough competition as we have around 40 cars entered for fine point judging alone and some really cool trophies to go with them. If anyone is bringing their children or grandchildren, we have a ton of stuff planned for them as well, with yours truely leading the youth driving tour. If anyone is bringing a trailer, parking will be no problem. It will be in a locked up area at night and we will have both day and night security going at all times in both the trailer and model A parking lots. If anyone is bringing an RV, you might want to hurry up and get signed up as that parking is going very quick and space is just about gone. The hubley derby races are going to be a really big thing here as well. As of now, there is supposed to be about 200 cars to race on the professional track coming in. Also, our clubs meeting in the park for the group photo is still a go. No problem there. In the end, we have put a ton of work into this and have left nothing out. If you will be joining us in Dallas, you can trust that you and your family will have a great fun and safe time in Big D. Just remember that it is VERY hot here in the summer time so make sure that your car is running right and bring an extra gallon of water. I will see you guys there and pray for no rain. Arlen

Arlen,thanks for the Marc/MAFCA update. Sounds like we are going to have a great time there. Also thanks for all the work you are doing.
