Does anyone out there have an original bottom rear seat wood that I can get a picture of and some measurement on.    I just received one and it is the same as my victoria with the bulk head in the floor being moved back on the A400 the wood cover up the rear hinges there for the A400 should not be as deep.       thanks John Hash

If you will check the Resources section regarding blueprints, you should find a blueprint of the rear seat cushion frame in the Rear Seat Section.

You might want to check with Steve Cannon @ Clasic Wood, I sent him my original several years ago to copy as a replacement for my A400 rear seat wood. He does good work and his prices are fair. Hope this helps, Ben Johnson

Ben thanks classic wood is where i got all my wood The only thing that is wrong is the lower rear it is to deep steve tells me that they are the same as a victoria That can not be right because the bulk head in the floor is moved back 2" on the A400. I have not been able to find a drawning on the lower rear.

I will be able to measure in the next day or two.  Meanwhile, attached is a sketch I made of what it is supposed to be according to the Ford drawing # A-402805-R.

John, the distance from the front of the frame to the first cross piece is 10-3/4".  This cross piece is 2-1/2" wide.  Is this what you are looking for?

Boys

I figured it out I used a victoria floor pan and I moved the bulk head back for the A400 "but" I did not notice on my original floor that the rear seat hinges are mounted on the wood not on the back panel of the floor pan.so I will drill them out and move them back on the wood. thanks John
