Is the welt colour around the gas tank the same colour as the the body colour?

Does the rear apron (under the rear of the body) have a welt between it and the body, and if so is the welt the same colour again.

Hi Alan:

The gas tank welt is painted body color.

There is no welt between the body and rear valance panel.
