Lat of the 4 pieces I am making. Here is the "master". I just have to make the mold and then I can make these. I have to wait until I get some softer rubber material. The stuff I am using is 95 on the Shore index. It is VERY hard when cured. These piece should be 30-40.

First try at making one. Looks OK but material is way too hard (95), specs say 30 to 40. But softer material should arrive this week. Bob

I imagine that after 65 years mine have a hardness of at least 95. I just passed the 42 year mark of owning this A400.
