Hi Jim,
I may have told you in the past about how I replaced my windshield frame. I used one from a slant windshield sedan. It was unplated, but took the chrome plating just fine. The major difference is the top piece with the wiper bracket. Use that from you old frame if possible.

Mikes "A-Fordable" parts in Georgia lists the special 400A/68C wiper bracket that Phil refers to in their latest catalog. You'd need to spot weld it to your new frame top piece if you end up using a w/s frame top section from a car other than a 400A or 68C such a s/w sedan or victoria.
